Bookings are reserved with a deposit and are established on a first come, first served basis. To ensure you can book The Party Palette for your event book us as soon as you know your event date!

We sure do! All face painting services are great for any age and add that special touch to any event. We do not apply face paint to infants under 12 months.

Space and Seating: We will need a suitable space to set up our face painting station. This should include a table and two chairs (one for the artist and one for the person being painted), ideally in a well-lit area. If the event is outdoors, a shaded area or a tent would be appreciated to protect from the elements.
Access to Water: We will need access to clean water for mixing paints and washing brushes.
Electricity: If the event is in a low-light setting or extends into the evening, we will require access to an electrical outlet for our lighting.
Parental Consent: For events with children, we will need confirmation that parental or guardian consent has been obtained for the face painting.
Parking: If possible, please arrange for nearby parking. This will allow us to unload and load our supplies more efficiently.
Health and Safety: If there are any guests with skin allergies, sensitivities, or conditions, we should be notified ahead of time.
