Our standard travel fee covers events within a 30-mile radius of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Our service area covers: Dallas, Fort Worth, Keller, Watuaga, Roanoke, Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Haltom City, Arlington, North Richland Hills, Euless, Grand Prairie, Irving, Coppell, Lewisville, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Richardson, Addison, Highland Park, Uptown, McKinney, Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Rowlett and Duncanville. Yes, we require a non-refundable booking retainer for all services.

Each client receives a custom quote based off their event needs that will include face painting and/or balloon decor and any necessary travel fees.

Absolutely! Our team has taken every skin type into consideration when finding the perfect paints for every event. We use high quality, professional grade cosmetics that have all been tested on our team prior to client applications. The brands we love to use are: Mehron, Wolfe, Kryolan, Ben Nye, ProAiir, Endura, and European Body Art.

Space and Seating: We will need a suitable space to set up our face painting station. This should include a table and two chairs (one for the artist and one for the person being painted), ideally in a well-lit area. If the event is outdoors, a shaded area or a tent would be appreciated to protect from the elements.

Access to Water: We will need access to clean water for mixing paints and washing brushes.

Electricity: If the event is in a low-light setting or extends into the evening, we will require access to an electrical outlet for our lighting.

Parental Consent: For events with children, we will need confirmation that parental or guardian consent has been obtained for the face painting.

Parking: If possible, please arrange for nearby parking. This will allow us to unload and load our supplies more efficiently.

Health and Safety: If there are any guests with skin allergies, sensitivities, or conditions, we should be notified ahead of time.
